Refund policy

What should I do if I no longer want the goods I ordered?

We're not happy unless you’re happy, so we now offer refunds!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition, within 14 days of the dispatch date for a full refund. If the goods are faulty or you received wrong order, you will also be refunded your original delivery charge should you request a refund. If the return is a result of a change of mind you will not be refunded the original postage cost.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns will only be accepted if the original tag remains attached. On receipt of the returned item, and in accordance with our refund policy, we will refund you the price paid for the item. You will receive an email confirming that the refund has been actioned and your card credited. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. We do not offer returns for sale items unless the garment is faulty. What should I do if I have received the wrong item, or the item is faulty?

In either event, please return the relevant item to us for replacement or for a full refund. On receipt of the returned item, we will either exchange the goods or refund the payment card the price paid for the item. Please see Terms and Conditions for full details.

What should I do if you have not sent me one of the items I ordered?

In this event, please contact our customer service team from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) at customerservice@karenmillen.com.au or 1300 228 151.

Store returns

Can I return an item to a Karen Millen Boutique?

We at Karen Millen understand your time is precious, so to make your shopping experience more convenient your online purchases can now be exchanged in Karen Millen stores!

Simply return the item to us in its original condition, within 14 days of the dispatch date for an exchange or Credit Note. Unfortunately this service is not available at Karen Millen Myer Concessions. Please make sure you take your invoice (emailed to you after you placed your order) with you as a receipt. The items must be in their original condition, unworn and original tag must remain attached to the garment for the return to be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept refunds for online purchases in store. If you do wish for a refund please see the procedure for returning an item by post below.

Postal returns

What is the procedure for returning an item to Karen Millen by post?

Please contact our Customer Service Team Monday to Friday on 1300 228 151 or e-mail Customer Service to receive our Reply Paid address details and a return authority number.

You have 14 days, from date of original dispatch, to return the goods, for an exchange or refund to take place. Karen Millen can not guarantee availability of exchanged items if returned products are received outside of this period.

Please ensure you complete the returns note and enclose it with your parcel.

Please ensure you request a proof of posting certificate.
